Ditto to pretty much all of those. By the way, I started reading Cold Kiss and so far I love it. So my biggest YA crushes (aside from Peeta, who I would marry if he were real) are Cameron Quick from Sara Zarr's Sweethearts and Augustus Waters from TFIOS. I love those two boys fiercely.

Too many CAPS, but it didn't take long for me to fall for Cas - but I'm also a huge Supernatural fan, and he just reminded me so much of that kind of bravery and humor (aside from the ghost hunting). I'm sure you see it too now that you're watching SPN. :)
I'm reading Cold Kiss right now, and I totally see what you mean about Danny Greer. I don't think I'm going to be crushing on him, but it's a lovely book so far.
